Build your ranks with Cultists, then spend them — Sacrifice fills your Blood Pool, and the first Coven to hit 8 Blood wins. Steal a rival's best Cultist, force a bad trade, negate the ritual that was about to win someone the game. Nobody's hands stay clean, and nobody's plan survives contact with the table.
